So Much to Celebrate!!!

This weekend Landon and I celebrated our two year wedding anniversary, our third year of being together, and our fourth Valentine's Day together! We had a blast! Landon is a sweetheart and got me these beautiful roses! On Saturday night, we went to the Purcell's house and celebrated with our good friends and where our wonderful husbands made us dinner! Ribs, potatoes, salad, and dessert, yup, they're good!

On Monday, we had a "Day Date." We went to Kneaders for breakfast, saw "When In Rome" (Cute, cheesy, but cute), and decided to finally use the last of our gift cards from our wedding! (Thank you to the insanely generous people who have kept us busy shopping for the past two years). That afternoon, we shopped at the mall and went to go to Ottavio's for dinner. (We went there the night that Landon proposed). Much to our dismay, it's CLOSED! We felt so bad, because we loved that place, but we went to dinner at a place down the road which was also delicious. Basically, it was wonderful (and Landon looks really tall in this picture). I LOVE YOU, LANDON!!! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!

SO EXCITED!!!

So I haven't been blogging too much lately, because every spare moment I've had I've been applying for jobs for after I graduate in April. But THIS JUST IN, life is good, because I GOT A JOB!!! I'm going to work as an account planner/marketing manager part-time until I graduate, and then I'll go full-time! The job is exactly what I love to do in my major, so I'm a little beyond giddy! We'll also get to stay in town and in our ward until Landon graduates next year!!! AND...we'll be moving to a much better apartment just down the road from us that's about the same price!!! Have I mentioned I'm SO EXCITED???

Priceless!!!

Holly Jolly Christmas!

We were so spoiled this Christmas to be able to spend a week with both of our families over the Christmas break. It was so fun to go to Idaho and see so many old friends. We got spend a few days at our friends' cabin where we went tubing and snowmobiling. It was a total blast. My camera decided to delete those fun pictures, but I'll post some that my family took later.

You know the five love languages? Landon's is gift-giving, hands-down, which makes Christmas REALLY FUN. He pretty much gave me an entire new wardrobe (which was much appreciated), more Gilmore Girls seasons (True love right there), and...HE BUILT THIS GORGEOUS THING.
Throughout December, Landon kept saying he was, "Christmasing," and I had no idea what he was doing. The week before Christmas, he was "Christmasing" everyday for most of the day! On Christmas morning, after we had opened all the presents, he made me close my eyes as he and his dad brought down what he MADE. It's STUNNING. It took my breath away. He did an incredible job. It has a place for all my jewelry and necklaces and whatever else I want to fill it up with! Not to mention massive! It hits me at the chest. I'm guessing it's about 4 ft. 10 inches. The man has skills!
